摘要
考虑到场地周围环境条件和地质条件,采用锚杆静压桩对某办公楼进行地基托换加固处理,并采用顶升纠偏法对办公楼进行纠偏处理,利用信息化设计和施工手段,使该建筑物顺利纠偏至设计控制位置。
Taking the building circumstances into account,jack lifting method is adopted to rectify the deviation of a building while static bolt-pressing piles is used for underpinning reinforcement.By means of information design and construction, the building deviation is smoothly rectified to the design required position.
