参附注射液对失血性休克大鼠肠上皮细胞保护作用的实验观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨参附注射液对失血性休克后大鼠肠道损伤的保护作用及机制。方法采用失血性休克模型,将雄性Wistar大鼠80只随机分为正常对照组、休克对照组、参附治疗组及单纯复苏对照组4组各20只。取失血性休克模型的远端回肠约40 cm,用紫外分光法测定上述各组肠黏膜组织中过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛含量。用常规方法分离肠上皮细胞,以激光共聚焦显微镜检测肠上皮细胞膜电位值的变化。结果与失血性休克组比较,参附注射液可以明显提高试验大鼠肠黏膜组织中SOD活性并显著降低丙二醛含量(P<0.05);与休克和单纯复苏组比较,参附组荧光强度显著增强,有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论参附注射液对失血性休克大鼠肠道具有保护作用。 Objective To explore the protective effect and mechanism of Shen-fu parenteral solution ( SF) on intestinal epithelial cell damaged by hemorrhagic shock. Methods Wistar rats were divided into four group: hemorrhagic shook group, SF group and resuscitation group, as well as normal control group ( n = 20 for each ). After hemorrhagic shook 5 h, SOD and MDA were determined. Meanwhile MMP was detected by laser scanning confocal microscopy. Results Compared with hemorrhagic shock group, SOD was significantly increased while MDA content was dcreased by Shen-fu parenteral solution(P 〈 0.05 ). The fluorescence intensity was remarkably increased in SF group as compared with that of SF group and resuscitation group ( P 〈 0.01,P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion SF has significant protective effect on intestinal epithelial cell injured by hemorrhagic shook.
