摘要
提出了一种采用计算机动态仿真滚刀加工渐开线型圆柱齿轮的原理和方法,同时也考虑到一些加工误差因素的影响。该法不仅可以逼真、清晰且不受一些加工因素限制地展现出齿轮加工的详细过程,而且还为齿轮 TCA 分析、接触应力分析和振动分析提供了一套人机交互自动生成有限元网格计算模型的新方法。
This paper deals with a new approach for the computer dynamic simulation on gear cutting process with considering machining error. Not only is a gear cutting process shown directly and distinictly without limit of cutting approach, but a new model calculation method is also given,which uses FEM generated interactively and automatically is also given to analyze TCA, contacted stress as well as vibration for gears.
