摘要
针对薄壁高温合金零件上宽度为1mm 以下的窄流线形型槽的加工问题,提出用板料经模具压制加工出工具电极,继而采用电火花穿孔加工的工艺方法,并对加工过程中遇到的问题进行了探讨。
Aiming at the machining narrow streamlined grooves with width less than lmm on thin-wall high-temperature alloy part, a machining process is put forward, by which tool electrode is first made out by sheet die pressing, and then drilled by EDM, The problems encountered in the studies are also discussed in the paper.
