黛立新治疗伴有焦虑情绪的原发性高血压疗效观察

Study on the curative effect of deanxit in the treatment of primary hypertension accompanied by anxiety emotion

目的:探讨黛立新治疗伴有焦虑情绪的原发性高血压的疗效。方法:对56例伴焦虑情绪的单用降压药物血压仍未达标的原发性高血压患者随机分为两组,治疗组28例,在服用降压药的基础上同时加用黛立新治疗12周;对照组28例,单纯应用降压药物治疗。观察治疗后第一、三、七、十二周时血压及患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)变化情况。结果:治疗组患者血压达标率、有效率及SAS评分平均减少显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:黛立新干预焦虑情绪可以明显提高原发性高血压的治疗效果。

Objectlve：To study the curative effect of deanxit in the treatment of primary hypertension accompanied by anxiety emotion.Methods：56 patients with primary hypertension accompanied by anxiety emotion were randomly divided into two groups,with 28 eases in each group.The antihypertensive drug was used in beth groups,besides this,the treatment group was added with deanxit at the same time.The blood pressure and the change of SAS were observed respectively in the first,third,7th and 12th week after treatment.Results：The decrease of blood pressure and SAS in the treatment group is obvious compared with that in the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Deanxit intervenes in the anxiety emotion,and which can obviously improve the curative effect of primary hypertension.
