糖化血红蛋白检测方法及临床应用 被引量:10

摘要 糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglubin,GHb)是糖尿病诊断和治疗的重要指标,广泛应用于临床。近年来,GHb检测方法发展迅速,早期检测以电泳法、微柱层析法应用较广泛,目前免疫比浊法和化学发光法(IVIA法)检测已开始在临床应用。现就GHb的检测及临床应用综述如下。
