摘要
高新技术产业对一国经济发展、产业结构升级具有重要的意义。由于高新技术产业自身的特点及其所面临的环境的复杂性,必须重视高新技术产业发展中的产业安全问题。维护产业安全就必须坚持系统观,从产业集群的角度去构建高新技术产业安全的屏障。
Hi-tech industry plays an important role in one country＇s economy, and its industry safety must be emphasized because of its characteristic and the complicated environment it is facing. System viewpoint must be adhered to safeguarding the Hi-tech industry, and the barrier of Hi-tech industry safety must be establishedfrom the point of view of industry cluster.
