摘要
随着市场竞争从无竞争变成了超级竞争,以持续发展为目标的企业整体管理的基本维度从单一的效率维度变成了创新维度、效率维度和风险规避维度的复合。因此,追求持续发展的企业是创新型企业、效率型企业和风险规避型企业相统一的企业,即三叶草型管理的企业。相应地,其企业文化必须同时产生创新推进、效率提升和风险规避的功能,是创新型文化、效率型文化和风险规避型文化的复合,即三叶草型企业文化。海尔是我国取得持续发展的优秀企业代表,通过对其文化的构成元素的分析,发现其文化是典型的三叶草型企业文化。
With the appearance of hypercompetition, the basic dimensions of enterprise management aiming to sustainable development change from the efficiency into the complex of innovation, efficiency and risk prevention. Therefore, the enterprise seeking for sustainable development is the innovative, efficient and risk-prevented enterprise, namely the clover-form enterprise, and its culture must be the complex of the innovative culture, efficient culture and risk-prevented culture, namely the clover-form culture. Through analyzing the constituents of culture of Haier which has obtained sustainable development, it is found that its culture is classic clover-form culture.
