可溶性黏附因子在妊娠高血压疾病患者血清及脐血中的表达

Expression of soluble adhesion molecules in peripheral blood and umbilical cord blood of patients with hypertension disorders of pregnancy

目的研究妊娠高血压疾病(hypertension disorders of pregnancy)[妊娠高血压综合征(pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome,PIH)]患者静脉血清及脐血中可溶性黏附因子的表达。方法用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)进行定量检测60例妊娠高血压疾病患者(轻、中、重型各20例)及30例正常对照组产妇静脉血清及脐血中sE-选择素、血小板内皮细胞黏附因子-1(platelet endothelial cell adhesionmolecule-1,PECAM-1)的含量。结果sE-选择素、PECAM-1在妊娠高血压疾病组及对照组血清及脐血中均有表达。sE-选择素在妊娠高血压疾病各组血清中表达,与对照组血清中的比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.05);与脐血中的比较,差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。妊娠高血压疾病各组与对照组血清和脐血中的PECAM-1比较,差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。妊娠高血压疾病患者血清中sE-选择素与自身脐血中的比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.001);血清中PECAM-1与自身脐血中的比较,差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论sE-选择素的高表达说明,妊娠高血压疾病患者内皮细胞损伤,且sE-选择素在损伤过程中起作用。PECAM-1在妊娠高血压疾病患者发病过程中作用不明显。

Objective To investigate the expression of soluble adhesion molecules in peripheral blood and umbilical cord blood of patients with hypertension disorders of pregnancy （ pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome, PIH）. Methods Concentration of sE-selection and platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1 （PECAM-1）in peripheral blood and umbilical cord blood from 60 patients with hypertension disorders of pregnancy,which were quantitatively detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）, 60 cases were divided into mild,middle and severe group included 20 patients, 30 normal pregnant womem were taken as controls. Results ①sE-selection and PECAM-1 were all expressed in both patients and controls. Concentration of sE-selection in peripheral blood of patients was higher than that of controls（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in concentration of PECAM-1 between two groups （P〉0. 05）. ②Concentration of sE-selection in patients＇ peripheral blood was significant higher in comparison with that in her umbilical cord blood （P 〈 0. 001）. Concentration of PECAM-1 had no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion The high expression of sE-selection in hypertension disorders of pregnancy indicates the injury of vascular endothelium cells, sE-selection may play a role during the injury.
