摘要
提出一种新的定向断裂复合材料结构,采用拓扑自锁原理满足结构待用期的强度和刚度要求,应用复合工艺人工成型规则裂纹以产生应力集中使结构能满足定向断裂的要求。对定向断裂复合材料的结构、功能进行了设计和分析,以求达到最优效果。经实验验证,该结构能按预期的方向实现断裂。
A new kind of structural design composite is introduced in this paper. This design is based on topological interlock to meet structural intensity and rigidity. Directional fracture is carried out through regular cracks which are created by manual work molding. The best effect is achieved through the analysis and design of structure and function. The experiment proves that the structure can rupture along the expected direction.
