摘要
在满足炮尾毛坯锻件技术要求的前提下,采用倍尺锻造法和直接拔长工艺代替传统的单件锻造工艺。试验研究表明,该工艺锻造和热处理后炮尾毛坯的力学性能、低倍组织、断口均能满足产品原技术要求,还可节省大量的时间、费用。
In order to meet the technical requirement of breech ring blank, the past single piece forging for high & mid-strength steel breech ring blank was changed into multiple length forging. The experimental studies show that the mechanical properties, macrostructure and fracture of breech ring blank can meet original technical requirement of the product after heat treatment,and a large amount of time and expenses can be saved.
