HPLC测定桑菊感冒片中绿原酸的含量

Determination of the content of chlorogenic acid in sangju ganmao tablets by HPLC

目的:建立桑菊感冒片中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定绿原酸的含量,色谱柱:Dikma KromasilC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(26∶74);检测波长:326nm;柱温:30℃;流速:0.8ml/min。结果:绿原酸在0.09～0.9μg范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.52%,RSD为0.42%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便、快速、有效、灵敏、准确、具有良好的重复性和回收率,可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。

Objective：To establish a method for the content determination of chlorogenic acid in sangju ganmao tablets.Methods：The content of chlorogenic acid was detected by HPLC.The separation was carried out on a Dikma Kromasil C18 column （250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase was methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid solution （26：74） ;The detective wavelength was set at 326 nm;The column temperature was 30℃ and the flow rate was 0.8 ml/min.Results：The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 0.09-43.9μg （r=0.9999）.The average recovery was 98.52% with RSD 0.42%（n=9）.Conclusion：This method was simple,rapid,efficient,sensitive,accurate and with good repeatability and recovery,it could be used as a quantitative analysis method for this preparation.
