左氧氟沙星联合双黄连注射液治疗肺部感染疗效观察

Analysis of the curative effect of levofloxacin combined with shuanghuanglian in aged patients with pneumonic infection

目的:探讨左氧氟沙星联合双黄连注射液治疗老年肺部感染的临床效果。方法:选择我院2004年10月～2006年10月住院治疗的老年肺部感染病例83例随机分成两组,治疗组54例,静脉滴注盐酸左氧氟沙星和双黄连;对照组29例,单用盐酸左氧氟沙星静脉滴注,用药后观察患者症状、体征变化及药物不良反应。结果:治疗组痊愈率为42.6%,总有效率为94.4%;对照组痊愈率为34.5%,总有效率为82.8%。两组痊愈率及总有效率比较P<0.01。结论:左氧氟沙星联合双黄连注射液治疗老年肺部感染具有安全、有效等特点,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Objective：To investigate the effect of levofloxacin combined with shuanghuanglian in aged pattents with pneumomc refection. Methods：83 aged patients with pneumonic infection were divided into two groups including treatment group （54 patients were treated by levofloxacin combined with shuanghuanglian） and control group （29 patients were only treated by levofloxacln）. After treatment, we observed the change of patients＇ symptoms, signs and the adverse drug reactions. Results：The recovery and total effective rate of treatment group is respectively 42.6% and 94.4% ; Those of control group is respectively 34.5% and 82.8%. The recovery and total effective rate of the two groups is statistically significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Levofloxacin combined with shuanghuanglian is safe and effective to treat aged patients with pneumonie infection and worth to further promote on clinic.
