经结肠治疗机联合柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

Clinical observation of colon therapeutic machine combined with sulfasalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis

目的:评价经结肠治疗机联合柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的疗效。方法:轻、中度溃疡性结肠炎共82例,随机分为经结肠治疗机加SASP治疗组(n=44)和SASP加中药灌肠对照组(n=38),评价治疗前后总的疗效、主要症状、肠镜的改变。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.91%,明显高于对照组(68.42%);腹痛、腹泻、黏液血便主要症状变化、肠镜对照两组间有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经结肠治疗机联合SASP治疗UC比SASP加中药灌肠治疗效果好。

Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic effect of colon therapeutic machine combined with sulfasalazine （SASP）in the treatment of ulcerative colitis（UC）.Methods：Eighty-two patients with mild or moderate UC were divided into groups A（n=44） and B（n= 38）.The patients in group A were treated with colon therapeutic machine combined with SASP,while those in group B serving as the controis,were treated with SASP and traditional Chinese medicine enema. The total effective rate and the changes of main symptoms and enteroseopy were statistically analyzed. Results：The overall effective rate of group A was 90.91% ,which was higher than that of the controls（68.42%）.There was significant difference before and after treatment, as well as beween the two groups in the changes of abdominal pain ,diarrhea ,mucus bloody stool and enteroscopy（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Combination of colon therapeutic machine and SASP is superior to SASP and traditional Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of UC.
