摘要 本文介绍DNA序列拼接的研究背景及内涵,给出两类拼接算法的基本处理过程与研究现状,分析DNA序列拼接面临的挑战和应对方法,对DNA序列拼接的未来研究内容给出预测。 The research background and significance for the DNA sequence assembly are described in this paper. Then, the fundamental processing and research progress of two kinds of algorithms for assembly are presented. Next, the challenges and corresponding treatment methods for assembly are analyzed. Finally the future research on DNA sequence assembly is predicted.
