摘要
运用单一整体评估法和工作要素总和评分法对15家企业的429名员工进行满意度问卷调查,比较工作满意度5个维度对整体工作满意度的影响力。研究发现:工作满意度5维度对整体工作满意度的影响存在显著的差异,其中薪酬福利的影响力最大,其次为工作本身、晋升、同事满意度和上级管理满意度。
Based on an empirical analysis on a sample composed of 429 employees from 15 enterprises, this paper measured five dimensions of and total job satisfaction using single global rating and summation score respectively.Compensation satisfaction was found to be the most influential variable on total job satisfaction, subsequently were satisfaction with job itself, promotion, relationship with co-workers and supervision. Then we also expatiate upon the im-plication and deficiency of the research, and look to the theory's future study.
