摘要
传统上讲,我们一直用"晋升次数"衡量个体的职业生涯是否成功。但是随着组织结构重组和扁平化,空缺职位变得很少。这就造成员工垂直晋升越来越难,大量员工在更小的年龄进入职业生涯高原期[1]。而挖掘出职业生涯高原影响因素对于企业和员工均有很重要的意义。
We are always measuring one's career success by the frequency of promotion within an organization. However, with organizations restructuring and downsizing, the number of positions are reduced, which caused employees to reach the career plateau in vast numbers and at earher ages than ever before. It's important for organizations and em-ployees to find out the factors which influence the career plateau.
