液相催化加氢法制备间溴苯胺

摘要 用W-4型Raney-Ni为催化剂,氢氧化钙为脱溴抑制剂(助催化剂),甲醇为溶剂,对间溴硝基苯液相催化加氢还原制备间溴苯胺的反应进行了研究。考查了温度、氢气压力及助催化剂量等工艺条件对反应的影响,并对催化剂进行了套用试验。结果表明:在较佳反应条件下,间溴硝基苯的转化率达96.5%以上,间溴苯胺的摩尔选择率可达95.0%,催化剂可套用7次以上。 On the condition of using W - 4 Raney - Ni as catalyst, calcium hydroxide as debromine inhibitor ( activator) , methanol as solvent, m - bromoaniline has been prepared by liquid catalytic hydrogenation of m - bromonitrobenzene. The effects of reaction temperature, pressure and the amount of activator were studied. It was found the conversion of the m - bromonitrobenzene could be as high as 96.5%, and the selectivity of m - bromoaniline was 95.0%, under the optimum conditions. The catalyst Raney - Ni could be cycled as much as 7 times.
