肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤CT诊断

CT Manifestations of Renal Angiomyolipoma (AML)

目的:探讨肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤CT诊断及鉴别诊断。材料和方法:收集经手术、病理证实的肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤临床和CT资料32例,对CT表现作回顾性研究。结果:本组32例以中年女性多见。较大者,瘤内及肾周常见血肿。含脂肪成份者24例,较小肿块者,少或无脂肪成份,需结合B超、MRI或DSA者8例。结论:肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤特有病理性CT表现者,术前CT大多能确定诊断。

Objective： To study The CT manifestations and differential diagnosis of renal angiomyolipoma （AML）. Matertial and Methods： CT of 32 cases which diagnosis were proved by operative and pathological tidings. Results： The uailateral AML had a predilection for middleage female. As for large AML, peripheral hematoma of kindney is most common complications. 24 cases which had certain adipose tissue were found and definitely diagnosed by CT. there are AML of 8 cases which had the little diameter and little or no adipose tissue were diagnosed by the aid of US, MRI or DSA. Conclusion： the AML＇s pathologic charator dicides its radiologic manifestation which showed distinctive appearance. Mostly the preoperative CT may definitely diagnoses of renal AML.
