四种消化内镜图文系统的使用评价

An Appraisement of Four Kinds of Digestive Graph-word Systems

目的:评价至1999～2006年在我院消化内科使用的四种消化内镜图文系统,为消化内镜图文系统的合理更新和优化设计提供依据。方法:通过对图文系统界面、使用情况、学习速度、工作效率、故障率等综合指标的评价,分别评价四种图文系统的整体性能,并提出改进方法。结果:四种图文系统中,以北京和天津系统功能较全面、使用较方便,但仍存在许多共同的不足之处,仍需进一步完善。结论:图文系统的开发和设计必须有熟悉计算机运行流程和临床工作流程的临床内镜医师参与,才有可能更好满足临床工作的需要。

Objective： To evaluate four kinds of graph - word systems used for storage of data during the digestive endoscopic examination, and improve the function of the current system. Method： Giving a comprehensive evaluation to the systems mentioned above by the index of the graph- word interface, service condition, learning speed, work efficiency, error rate, etc. Resuit： In the four kinds of systems, the ones from Beijing and Tianjin are better than the others in the function and service, but there is still some common bugs to need repairing. Conclusion： the update and desigrmaent of a better digestive endoscopic graph - word systems must combine the suggestion of clinical endoscopists with that of the computer experts.
