低分子肝素联合福辛普利治疗糖尿病肾病 被引量:1

Combination Therapy in Diabetic Nephropathies with Low-molecular-weight Heparin and Fosinopril

摘要 目的:观察低分子肝素联合福辛普利治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法:80例糖尿病肾病患者,分为对照组36例和实验组44例,在糖尿病治疗方案的基础上,对照组服用福辛普利10mg/d,实验组加用低分子肝素4000IU,皮下注射,一日1次,观察四周,比较福辛普利与低分子肝素钙联合福辛普利对24h尿蛋白、BUN、Scr的影响。结果:治疗后两组24h尿蛋白均较治疗前有显著下降(P<0.01),实验组较对照组降低明显(P<0.05);尿β2-MG及血尿酸明显改善(P<0.05),无出血等并发症。结论:低分子肝素联合福辛普利可明显降低早期糖尿病肾病患者24h尿蛋白,具有保护肾功能的作用。 Objective: To study the effect of combination therapy in diabetic nephropathies with low- molecular- weight heparin. Methods: 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy were divided to two groups: a treatment group with 44 patients and a control group with 36 patients. We used normal diabetes treatment and fosinopril 10mg/d in control group , while adding low - molecular - weight heparin 400)IU subcutaneous injection once a day in treatment group for four weeks and compared 24 - hour - urine protein, BUN, and Scr of two groups. Resulls: After treatment, the 24 - hour - urine protein of two groups decreased markedly ( P 〈 0.01 ) and more in treatment group ( P 〈 0.05), the 132 - MG and blood uric acid was improved notably without the complications of bleeding etc. Conclusion: Combination therapy in early diabetic nephropathy with low- molecular- weight heparin and fosinopril can markedly reduce the 24- hour- urine protein and possess the renal protection function.
