Study of Drug Settlement under Electron Commerce Model

目的:研究并建立药品价款支付的电子商务模式,实现药品结算的信息化。方法:明确医院在药品结算过程中实现信息共享的需求,建立了新的药款支付的业务流程,制定并实施解决方案。结果:建立了药品信息管理系统,实现药品信息数据交换,并通过商业银行完成对供应商的药品价款的网上结算与支付。结论:该信息系统的研究与建立,能够快速、简便、安全地完成药品结算过程,具有明显的优势。

Objective： To study and develop drug settlement under electron commerce model, and implement drug settlement informatization. Methods： Identify the needs for data exchanging and information sharing in the process of hospital drug settlement, design new drug paying procedure and formulate the solution. Results： This project builds a completed information management system. It realizes the informatization of data exchanging, and realizes online settlement and payment to drug suppliers through commercial banks. Conclusion： The development of settlement information system can complete drug settlement quickly, conveniently and safely. It has obviously advantage.
