Importance of the Relatives'Mental Nursing in Palliative Care of Serious Alzheimer Disease

目的:探讨在重度老年痴呆(AD)病人姑息护理中,家属心理护理的重要性。方法:复习重度AD及姑息护理的定义,分阶段评估患者家属的心理状况,分析他们的需求,并针对性的进行心理护理。结果:重度AD患者家属需要心理护理,但不同时期的需求并不相同,应分阶段、分步骤的进行。结论:重度AD患者家属的心理护理符合姑息护理的原则,是其重要组成部分之一。

Objective： To debate the importance of the relatives＇ mental nursing in palliative care of serious Alzheimer disease. Methods： To review the definition of serious Alzheimer disease and palliative care, to evaluate the psychologic status of patients＇ relatives in difference stages, to analyze those demands and provide mental nuring respectively. Results： The patients＇ relatives of serious Alzheimer disease need mental nursing, but the demands are difference in distinct periods, it shall be provided according to difference time and distinct phases. Conclusion： The relatives＇ mental nursing of serious Alzheimer disease is consistent with the principle of palliative care, it is one of important composition.
