摘要
文章对公路工程造价、施工成本及其综合管理与控制的内容作了概略的论述,提出了建设单位对投资估算、设计概算、施工图预算、工程价款结算和竣工决算的编制与控制的措施。
This paper discusses the content of road project cost, construction cost and the integrated management and control, and provides composing and controlling measures of invest estimation, design budgetary estimation, chart budget, project price settlement and final account for constructive company.
