介绍了江苏省黄墩湖滞洪区基本情况,分析其建设与管理中存在的主要问题,提出要从规划、安全设施建设、管理3个方面着手加强对黄墩湖滞洪区的建设与管理。

In order to satisfactorily construct and manage Huangdun Lake Flood Detention District of Jiangsu Province,the main existing problems are analyzed based on its basic introduction.The construction and management of Huangdun Lake Flood Detention District of Jiangsu Province should be strengthened from three aspects: the planning,the construction of safety facilities and the management.
