胰腺干细胞体外扩增培养体系的建立

摘要 胰腺干细胞具有自我更新和多向分化潜能,常规的培养方法存在易分化的问题。在饲养层条件下对胰腺干细胞进行连续传代培养,可获得纯度高、保持未分化状态和高度增殖能力胰腺干细胞。本文对饲养层条件下胰腺干细胞体外扩增培养体系建立的现状作一综述,为实验室建立胰腺干细胞系确定理论基础。
