摘要
应用光镜、电子显微镜对20只经显微外科术建立的大鼠带血管胰腺和胸腺联合移植实验模型的移植物进行形态学观察。移植物术后恢复血流10分钟其实质细胞及血管均无显著变化;术后一周组织损伤;术后二周血管变化明显;术后三周至四周组织逐渐发生纤维化。结果表明,将WKR大鼠的胸腺和胰腺分别移植到SD大鼠双侧髂窝部,供、受体血管吻合,胰管引流到膀胱的方法可以建立胰腺和胸腺联合移植的动物实验模型,但移植物均被宿主排斥。
The morphology of the grafts from 20 cases of combined pancreas and thymus transplantation with anastomoing blood vessels was observed with light and electron microscopes.The cells and blood vessels were basically normal at 10 minutes after operation.The tissue injury appeared at one week,and changes of the blood vessels were obvious at two weeks.Fibrosis started at 3—4 weeks after operation.The results show that the experiment model of combined pancreas and thymus transplantation could be established with the end side anastomosis of the donor blood vessels and recipient ones,but rejection to graft occurs after the transplantation.This experiment privies data on animal model and morphology of systemic study on combined pancreas and thymus transplantation.
