摘要
针对传统模拟反馈的缺点,本文介绍了以高速信号处理卡TMS320C30为主的扫描隧道显微镜(STM)数字反馈控制系统,对控制参数的设置及调整方法进行了研究,给出了计算机仿真结果,并对反馈控制系统的稳定性进行分析,指出当频率较高时。
This paper introduces digital feedback control system based on high speed signal processing card TMS320C30 of scanning tunneling microscope to overcome the shortcoming of the traditional analogue feedback, studies the installation and regulation of control parameters, gives the results of computer simulation and analyzes the stability of feedback control system. It shows that there is unstability in the system when frequency is higher.
