摘要
2002～2004年8～9月在山东沾化县和东营市河口区,采集冬枣黑斑病病果,用常规方法分离病原,获得3种菌,通过回接健康果实,确定了导致黑斑病的致病菌,经形态学鉴定,初步确定为枣果实黑斑病的致病菌为细链格孢菌Alternaria alternata （Fr.） Keissler.
From 2002 to 2004, the pathogens causing black spot disease of Dongzao （Ziziphus jujube Mill cv. Dongzao） were isolated and identified. Three isolates were obtained from the diseased fruits sampled from the areas of Zhanhua and Hekou in Shandong province. One isolate was confirmed to be the pathogen causing the black spot disease by re - inoculation experiments. The pathogen was identified as Alternaria alternate （ Fr. ） Keissler based on the configuration of the fungus.
