摘要
目的:探讨几种不同溶剂,不同浓度的蜂胶溶液对牙周病致病菌(牙龈卟啉单胞菌Pg、伴放线放线杆菌Aa、具核梭杆菌Fn)的抑制作用;方法:滤纸片法,倍比稀释蜂胶溶液,比较不同溶剂的蜂胶溶液的抑菌效果,并找出最小抑制浓度;结果:不同溶剂溶解蜂胶抑菌效果不同,95%乙醇>70%乙醇>甘油溶液>水;作用效果随蜂胶浓度降低而降低;对实验菌抑制效果Pg>Fn>Aa;95%乙醇溶液,70%乙醇溶液溶解的蜂胶溶液对牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Pg),具核梭杆菌(Fn)均具有抑制作用,作用效果随着蜂胶溶液的浓度降低而降低;高浓度的甘油溶剂蜂胶溶液对实验菌也具有抑制作用;本研究中水溶液对实验菌没有明显的抑制效果。
Objective: To investigate the antibacterial activities to periodontal pathogens (Porphyromonas gingivalis, Pg; Actinomycetemcomitans actinobaciUus, Aa; Fusobacterium nucleatum, Fn) by propolis in different menstruums of different concentrations. Method: To use filter paper and multiple dilute propolis solutions, so as to compare the effects of the solution of different concenlrations, and find the minimum inhibitory concentrations(MIC). Results: The propolis in different menstruums has different effects, in the order: 95% ethanol 〉 70% ethanol 〉 glycerin solution 〉 water. The effect reduce when the concentration falls. The effects differ on three test pathogens, Pg 〉Fn〉Aa Propolis solution of 95% ethanol and 70% ethanol shows evidence antibacterial activities on Pg and Fn, and the effects reduce when the concentration falls. High concentration propolis solution of glycerin also shows antibacterial activities on test pathogens. In this research propolis solution of water has no distinct activities.
