摘要 本研究利用磷脂在丙酮中的相对不溶性,将磷脂从蛋黄中提取出来,用分光光法在630nm下测量蛋黄中磷脂的含量。然后以纸层析为主要的定性检测手段来检测磷脂X基团,用薄层色谱法对磷脂混合物的各个成分进行定性分析。 Based on relative indissolubility of phospholipid in acetone,phospholipids in egg yolk were extracted in this research. The content of phosphorus was determined with spectrophometry at 630rim. Group X in phospholipid was detected by paper chromatography. At least four fractions of the phospholipids were separated by thin layer chromagraphy and the phenomena was explained.
