严重电烧伤合并广泛气管坏死的修复

摘要 目的:探讨电烧伤后广泛气管缺损的外科修复方法。方法:应用带膜网状记忆金属支架植入和局部皮瓣转移修复电烧伤后广泛气管缺损。结果:应用带膜网状记忆金属支架植入和局部皮瓣转移修复电烧伤后广泛气管缺损并随访2年,记忆金属支架内未见肉芽组织生长。呼吸、排痰功能基本正常。结论:带膜网状记忆金属支架植入和局部皮瓣转移修复是修复广泛气管缺损的一种可行方法。
