摘要
本文通过对全国、东、西部人口文盲率、六岁及以上人口受教育程度、年限、三产业中人口人均受教育情况统计资料的比较,分析了西部人力资源开发中存在的问题,从提高人口质量、增加经费投入以及加强各层次教育力度方面提出了一些建议。
The paper emphatically analyses illiterte rate of whole nation and east and west regions, six years old and its up population＇ s educational degree , number of years, situation of averge education in tri - estates by statistic data,found some problems in westem HR development,gives some proposals in improving quality of population, adding invest and strentheming all kinds of education.
