摘要
体用兼理、内外并协、无为而治为班级管理三态。体用兼理的管理方式突出理念指导,内外并协侧重动力激发,无为之治体现了管理活动的灵活性与艺术性。三种管理方式渐次从局限性管理的"有"上升至普适性管理的"无",从"有为"到"无为",终而升华为融会贯通、出神入化的"无不为",形成了阶梯化的管理体系。
Ti-yong double management, balancing outside and -inside and governing bynoninterference are three ways of class management. Ti-yong double management stressesnotion instruction. The way of balancing outside and inside focuses on stimulating motivepower. Governing by noninterference reflects the flexibility and artistry of managementactivity. These three methods go gradually from specific management up to universal one, from "do something" up to "do nothing". We will finally achieve mastery and "do everything" and form a steps-like management system.
