2007年5月11日，商务部肉类市场形势分析及中央储备肉计划工作会议在北京召开。来自全国各地商务主管部门和代储单位、基地场近300名代表参加了会议。商务部市场运行司徐息和助理巡视员、中国食品土畜进出口商会霍建国会长、华商储备商品管理中心胡鑫副总经理、商务部流通产业促进中心赵箭副主任等领导到会并讲话。
On 11 May 2007, the Ministry of Commerce （MOFCOM） held a working conference in Beijing regarding the analysis of meat market and central reserve meat issue. A total of 300 representatives from local commerce departments, units engaged in reserve meat and meat bases attended the conference with officials from MOFCOM and other departments concerned delivering speeches. The conference summarized the implementation of central livestock reserve plan from May to August and from September to December in 2006 and from January to April in 2007,
