复杂神经元的间室模型

摘要 目的:引入间室模型,探讨间室模型描述复杂神经元电学特征的优点。方法:将神经元分成一个个间室,每个间室分列微分方程。结果:当神经元结构比较复杂,膜的特性具有电压依从性,膜上有突触后电流的时候,间室模型能很好地反映了复杂神经元的电学特性。结论:间室模型很好地反映了复杂神经元的电学特性。 objective. The compartmental model was explored and the advantages of the representation of electric character of complex neurons with compartmental model were also explored. Methods. The neuron was divided into different compartments, each of which is represented with a differentiating equation. Results. When it is a complex neuron with voltage-dependent membrane and postsynaptic currents, the compartmental model well represented the electric character of complex neuron. Conclusion. The compartmental model quite well represented the electric character of complex neuron.
