Determination of Icariin content in gengnianling capsule by HPLC

目的：建立更年灵胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法。方珐：SymmetryC18柱（3．9mm×150mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-3％的冰醋酸溶液（25：75），流速：0．5mL／min；检测波长：270nm；柱温：25℃。结果：淫羊藿苷在0．1056～2．6400μg范围内具有良好的线性关系，r=1．00000，平均回收率为101．08％，n=5，RSD为2．45％。结论：本方法样品预处理简单，简便可靠，回收率高，重复性好，可用于更年灵胶囊的质量控制。

Objective. To establish a HPLC method for determination of Icariin content in Gengnianling capsule. Methods. HPLC was used with the symmetry C18 column （3. 9 mm×150 mm, 5μm）, acetonitrile-3% glacial acetic acid （25： 75） as mobile phase, flow rate 0.5 mL/min. The detective wavelength was 270 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Results.It had a good linearity within 0. 105 6 2. 640 0μg （r=1. 000 00） for Icariin. The average recoveries was 101.1% （N=5） and relative standard deviation（RSD） was 2.45%. Conclusion： HPLC method is found to be simple, sensitive, accurate and high recovery rate for determination of Icariin content in Gengnianling capsule and it can be used for quality control of Gengnianling capsule.
