摘要
目的:探讨植皮后皮片缺血的原因及防护措施。方法:回顾性分析24例局部性皮片缺血患者,采用氧气对缺血区吹气法。结果:24例患者中,22例治疗2 d后皮片缺血区开始缩小,7 d后皮片缺血区皮肤颜色恢复正常。2例足部移植皮片,坏死区域扩大。结论:氧疗对植皮后缺血区有帮助恢复功能,缩短了植皮后缺血代偿时间,有利于皮片在移植受区的存活。
Objective. To explore the causes and protective measures post dermatoplasty. Methods. Data of 24 patients with regional free skin grafts ischemia, male 14 and female 10, treated by oxygen perflation toward ischemic region, were analyzed retrospectively. Results. Of 22 free skin grafts ischemic region started to reduce after treated 2 days, and ischemic color became normal gradually after 7 days. Conclusion ：Oxygen therapy is helpful for dermatoplasty ischemic region and free skin survival and shortens recovery period.
