摘要
针对锅炉内燃烧过程的经济性要求,对风煤配合,一、二次风配合,燃烧器倾角,周界风,一次风粉分配等影响因素进行分析。当运行工况改变时,合理的风煤配合就是要保持最佳的过量空气系数;一次风粉合理分配就是要实现一次风速和煤粉浓度的在线监测;送引风合理配合就是要保持适当的炉膛负压、减少漏风,这些配合比例调节适当,就可以减少燃烧损失,提高锅炉效率。
Aiming at the demand of combustion process of the boiler, the analysis about the factors, such as coal-air conjunction, primary air and second air conjunction, combustor obliquity, perimeter air and so on, was conducted. When operating mode changing, the demand of the appropriate coal-air conjunction was keeping the optimal excessive air coefficient; the demand of appropriate air-coal powder distribution was implementing the online monitor of primary air speed and coal powder density; the demand of appropriate supplied and induced air cooperation was keeping appropriate combustion chamber draft, reducing air leakage. All of these proportion were adjusted appropriately, the loss of burning can be reduced, the efficiency of boiler can be improved.
