对小组合作学习过程中几个问题的思考

合作学习是我国新一轮课程改革所倡导的一种重要的学习方式,小组合作学习是其基本形式。在实际教学中,部分教师只注重了合作学习的形式而违背了合作学习的实质,具体表现为在合作学习目标的确立、合作小组的组建、小组成员的评价策略以及对教师自身的职责认识等方面存在许多误区。结合目前的研究成果和本人长期的教学实践,在分析对小组合作学习过程中存在的几个问题的基础上,进行了相应的对策思考。

Cooperative study is an important study pattern advocated by new curriculum reform in our country, and group cooperative study is its basle pattern. However, in praetieal teaehing, some teaehers only pay attention to the form and henee violate the essence of cooperative study. For example, the are many misunderstandings in establishing the cooperative group and the goal of cooperative study. Also, people can not understand the evaluation strategies and the identification of teachers＇ duties very well. In this article, the author first analyzes several problems existing in group cooperative study, and then he puts forward some feasible solutions.
