Discussion on Psychological Education and Consultation From the Positive Psychological Perspective

概述了积极心理学的兴起、基本主张和研究现状;从具体实施(六种)和理念(两种)两个角度梳理了目前心理教育采用的模式,指出了存在的四个方面的问题;最后,针对目前心理教育与咨询中存在的问题,指出今后应借鉴积极心理学的有关主张,用以指导心理教育,使心理教育真正关注大多数人的生活与发展,变事后式咨询和治疗为事前发展式咨询和预防等,从而有利于心理教育与咨询走上良性发展的轨道。

The article summarizes the emergence, major views and present research situation of positive psychology. Then it discusses the present adopted mode from two perspectives. （specific implement and concept） and points out the problems from four aspects, finally puts forward that some theories of positive psychology should be applied to psychological education to care about people＇s life and development, and turn post-consultation and treatment into pre-consultation and treatment, to facilitate the development of psychological education and consultation.
