摘要 目的探索HLA-E各等位基因与肺癌遗传易感性之间的是否存在关联。方法采用聚合酶链式反应-序列特异性寡核苷酸探针杂交的方法对锦州地区60名肺癌病人和50例健康对照人群的HLA-E等位基因进行分型。结果锦州肺癌患者相对于健康对照组来说,HLA-E*0101和E*01031等位基因频率2组间比较有显著性差异。结论HLA-E等位基因多态性可能与肺癌的发生有关联。 Objective To investigate whether there is an association between HLA - E allele and genetic susceptibility in lung cancer. Methods The frequencies of HLA - E alleles in 60 lung cancer patients and in other 50 healthy controlled samples in Jinzhou district were analyzed by means of polymerase chain reaction - sequence - specific oligonucleotide probe method. Results There were significant differences between HLA - E^*0101 and E^*01031 allele frequencies in lung cancer patients and that in healthy controlled samples ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusions HLA - E allele may function in the lung cancer pathogeny.
