Structure Design and Fabricate Technology of New Style Frame of Logging Skid

综述了测井拖撬撬体的生产现状和发展方向;着重论述了模块化海洋测井拖撬和集装箱型沙漠测井拖撬新型撬体的结构设计特点和制造工艺。这2种拖撬撬体在设计中采用了集装箱型、模块化、正压防爆、气密封、水密封等结构,严格控制焊接、防锈和喷漆等关键工艺,使撬体具有新颖的外观和良好的保温、防雨、防尘、防爆、防盗等功能,提升了产品的档次。

After summarizing manufacturing status and trend of development of the frame of log-ging skid, the structure design and fabricate technology of modularized offshore logging skid and container desert type are emphasized and described in this paper. On designing of two frames, it adopts the structure of container type, modularization, positive explosion-proof, air seal, and water seal. In the same time, we strictly control some key technology such as welding, rust pro-tection, and painting to not only ensure integral rigidity but also make them feature with smart appearance, and better performance of heat preservation, water-proof, dust-proof, explosion- proof, and burglary-resisting and upgrade the products.
