摘要
通过对断裂抽油杆的设计强度校核、断口的宏观形貌分析和材质及金相组织的检验表明,由于抽油杆热处理未达到工艺要求,导致出现非正常金相组织,降低了抽油杆的疲劳性能,加之表面有磕伤,造成应力集中,因而在使用后不久发生了断裂失效。
The failure sucker rod was analyzed by means of intension verify, appearance analysis of the broken part, chemical composition and metallographic examination. The results showed that heat treatment and stress concentration caused by knock were the main causes of sucker rod fracture.
