有些空心杆在摩擦焊接时会产生"袜筒"状飞边,飞边形成速度快,摩擦压力低,无法达到正常设定压力。分析表明,当移动夹具出现异常磨损后,焊接管体不能可靠夹紧,管体端面径向跳动大,能将摩擦加热的金属快速扫出,导致焊接表面产生类似袜筒状的不饱和飞边,且飞边形成速度快,摩擦压力无法达到动态平衡。
As friction welding some diameter tube, a special flash metal is formed as “stocking like”. Friction pressure is lower, and tube lengthen shorten quickly. Study results show that, af- ter moving clamp abrasion, the fastening of tube not reliable. The radial jumpiness of tube end is great, the hot friction weld metal is sweep away quickly. The forming speed of flash metal is fast, friction pressure does not achieve homeostasis, and then the “stocking like” flash metal formed around the weld surface.
