国内油田钻具管理的数字化发展一直受传统管理模式制约而成为技术瓶颈,针对目前油田钻具管理的现状和存在的问题,提出一种依托RFID无线射频识别技术的全新钻具数字化管理模式;阐述了油田钻具数字化技术概念和系统组成,包括钻具电子标识技术、移动数据采集技术、芯片植入和防护技术、钻具数据库软件技术、钻具跟踪评价技术等。该项技术未来实施和广泛采用势必为油田钻具科学管理提供一种行之有效的措施。

For a long period, the digitization management of drill pipes in domestic oilfields has been restricted by traditional managing models. Aiming at the current status and problems of drill pipes management, in this article, a fresh managing model for drill pipes, Oilfield Drill Pipes Dig- itization Management System, based on RFID technique, Radio Frequency Identification, is put forward. The author expatiates on its concept ＆ composition, which includes the techniques of drill pipes electronic tagging ＆ identification, mobile data collection, tags implanting ＆ protec-tion, data base software, tracing ＆ assessment. This new technique will provide an efficient in- dustrial method for oilfield drill pipes scientific managing with its future gradual application.
