摘要 针对国内油库罐区监控总体水平低、作业效率不高的现状,设计了一种基于采集控制层和监控计量层的SCADA系统解决方案。在采集控制层中,详细介绍了PLC与仪表的RS-485总线通信和脉冲频率计数。在监控计量层中,描述了基于iFix组态软件开发的监控计量软件,实现监控、计量、曲线、报警等功能。实践运行表明,该系统对改善油库罐区监控现状、提高作业效率起到了很重要的作用,同时,对在类似监控场合的应用也有重要的借鉴意义。 Oil tanks area automatic monitoring system is an important component of oil farm automatic system. In the light of current statuses, e.g. low general monitoring level of domestic oil tanks area and inefficiency of running, a supervisory control and data acquisition system solution based on the acquisition and control level and the monitoring and measuring level is designed. In the acquisition and control level, RS-485 bus communication and frequency count between PLC and instruments are introduced in detail. In the monitoring and measuring level, monitoring and measuring software based on iFix configuration software is described, and it has functions such as supervisory control, measurement, curve and alarm etc. , according to the accurate measurement method. The practice shows that the system plays an important role in improving the monitoring level and enhancing the running efficiency. It is worth using for reference in the other similar monitoring places.
