摘要 50 MW机组低压加热器疏水系统采用逐级自流和低加疏水泵联合运行方式,疏水泵定速运行时普遍存在泵故障率高、管道振动大、投运率不高等问题。利用变频技术将低加水位控制方式由阀门调节改为疏水泵电机变频调速控制,实践表明疏水泵运行稳定,安全可靠,节能效果显著,值得大力推广应用。 The drain system of low pressure heater in 50MW generation unit was usually a combined operation system of step-by-step gravity drain and low pressure heater drain pump. When the pump is operating under constant speed, problems including higher fault rate, larger pipeline vibration, shorter time for putting low-pressure heater into operation, etc. , exist commonly. Using variable frequency technology, the water level in low-pressure heater can be controlled by variable frequency speed adjustment of the drain pump's power supply instead of the adjustment by using valves. The practice proved that the operation of drain pump is stable, safe and reliable and the effect of energy-saving is obvious. It is worth being popularized in applications.
