摘要 骨关节炎是以关节软骨渐进性破坏为特点的、普遍的致残性疾病。临床上需要一些早期即可以测量的、敏感的、特异性的标志物来诊断疾病。软骨的主要组成是Ⅱ型胶原,所以其合成和降解所产生的生物学标志物已成为研究重点。对关节滑液、血清、尿中的生物学标志物的检测可以早期诊断疾病、监测疾病的发展、了解机体对治疗药物的反应。Ⅱ型胶原合成的产物包括:Ⅱ型胶原C前肽、ⅡA型胶原N前肽。Ⅱ型胶原降解产物包括:Ⅱ型胶原C端肽、Ⅱ型胶原新抗原表位、Ⅱ型螺旋、单克隆抗体C2C结合肽段、可氰溴化的9.7肽段、Ⅱ型胶原-1和硝化的Ⅱ型胶原-1。本文仅对Ⅱ型胶原合成、降解所产生的生物学标志物与早期骨关节炎之间的关系加以阐述。 Osteoarthirtis(OA) which is the characterized by progressive destruction of the articular cartilage,is a universal disabling disease. The measurable, sensitive and specific biomarkers, which can be detected in the early stage of disease, are very necessary for the diagnosis in clinics. The primary component of articular cartiage is type Ⅱ collagen (CⅡ) ,so produced in the synthesis and degradation of C Ⅱ are extensively investigatived. Assaying these biomarkers in synovia fluid, serum and urine is useful in early diagnosis,detecting disease development, understanding or ganism response to anti-arthritic drugs. Synthetic biomarkers of CⅡ include the type Ⅱ procollagen C-propeotide( PⅡ CP) and the type Ⅱ A procollagen N-propeptide( PⅡ ANP). Degradation products of CⅡ include CⅡ C-telopeptide ( CTX- Ⅱ ), CⅡ C-terminal neoepitope ( TⅡNE), helix- Ⅱ , monclonal antibody C2C combinded peptide, the cyanogen brominated 9.7, type Ⅱ collogen-1 ( collogon2-1, coll2-1 ) and nitrated typeⅡ collogen-1 (nitrated collogon2-1 ,coll2-1 NO2 ). The article summarizes the relationship between biomarkers of CⅡ and early OA.
