The status of Tuna Fisheries in Federated States of Micronesia and Chinese development prospects

本文分析了近几年在密克罗尼西亚联邦(FSM)海域围网、延绳钓和竿钓三种渔具捕捞金枪鱼的渔业现状,结合我国在FSM海域的金枪鱼渔业现状及中西太平洋金枪鱼主要目标鱼种资源状态,探讨了我国在FSM海域进一步发展金枪鱼渔业的前景及对策。

The paper presents the status of tuna fishery by three gear types as purse seine, longline and pole and line in Federated States of Micronesia（FSM）. By reviewing Chinese tuna fishery situation in FSM and the stock status of main tunas in the western and central Pacific Ocean, the development prospect, strategy and measures for Chinese tuna fishery in FSM are suggested.
